What to include

• The app and its version (in Tivelio: Settings → About).
• Your device and platform: Android, Android TV, Fire TV, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, LG, Samsung, Windows or macOS.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot or photo of the screen, if it helps.
• For a purchase question: the store you bought from and the order number.

Keep your credentials private

Never send us passwords, provider or playlist credentials, or payment card details. We will never ask for them.
